All custom furniture begins with an initial non-refundable design deposit, which covers time spent creating detailed sketches, sourcing materials, and communicating about your project.
This deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price of your piece.

Once a final design is approved, a second deposit will be required before construction begins.
This secures your place in the production schedule and allows materials to be ordered.

A final invoice will be issued upon completion of the build.
Full payment must be received prior to delivery or shipment.

Custom commissions are priced individually based on size, materials, complexity, and current market costs.
